2. Managing Your Licenses and Subscriptions:

To check your current plan type, navigate to the locations page on your AmpUp account. Each location will display a badge next to the photo indicating the plan name.

• Viewing Active Subscriptions: If your chargers are already licensed with subscriptions, you can find the status of your licenses on the license page under settings. Here, you'll see if your subscriptions are active.
• Purchasing Licenses: If you need to purchase licenses for your chargers, simply select the charger(s) and click on "purchase licenses." Make sure to choose the plan type that matches your desired subscription level.
• Renewing Expired Licenses: If your chargers have expired licenses, you should have received an email with a renewal notice and invoice. If not, please reach out to our customer support at support@ampup.io for assistance.

3. Frequently Asked Questions:

• Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time by reaching out to support@ampup.io.
• What happens if I exceed the number of chargers allowed in my plan? If you exceed the number of chargers included in your plan, you'll need to purchase additional licenses to cover the extra chargers.
