Quick Start Guide

1 Download & Launch the App

Download the latest version of the AmpUp App from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

Important: When you open the app for the first time, you should enable push otifications and grant access to your camera and location to take advantage of the app’s full features.

2 Create Your Account

When you first launch the AmpUp app, the QR code reader is active by default. To create an account:

• Select setting in the bottom menu.

• Select sign up (in green, to the right of “Forgot password?”) or create an account with your Apple, Google, or Facebook ID.

3 Activate Your Account

Once you’ve created an account, you’ll receive an activation email from AmpUp. Click the link within the email to activate your account.

4 Login To Your Account

Once your account is activated, return to the app and select setting in the bottom menu. Sign in with your email address and password or with your Apple, Google, or Facebook ID.

5 Add Payment & RFID

To use public charging, you need to add a payment method and optional RFID.

• Select setting in the bottom menu, then select payments & rfid.

• To add a payment method, tap add a payment method, then enter your credit card details or select Apple Pay or Google Pay and follow the prompts.

• To order an RFID card, click ampup rfid. To link an existing RFID, click link my own and follow the instructions on screen.

6 Start Charging!

Select charge in the bottom menu to open the QR code scanner or use the map to find and reserve chargers.
